I've actually trained as a professional chocolatier, and even ran my own chocolate business for a while.

A trip down to Patonga on Saturday morning, feels like being a million miles away from everything.

Amazing natural beauty, a relaxed lifestyle, and not having to deal with Sydney traffic!
