We provide specialist construction materials (e.g. concrete, steel/metals, timber) consultancy advice to asset owners and building contractors for both new construction projects and old structures already in existence for sometimes decades, all around durability. For new construction projects we provide design recommendations to ensure the required design life (e.g. 100 years) will be achieved (CREADTM). For existing older structures we first assess the current condition and remaining safe service life by completing detailed testing (CREADTM and FAST InspectTM), then we can provide options to extend the life of any structure (EPIC RepairTM).

For me, it is hard to go past Jasmine Greens, although I do have a soft spot for Bremen’s Patisserie too!

 

A Fun Fact About Yourself:

I used to a very good saxophonist but haven’t played it regularly for years now. I sometimes have romantic notions of quitting my job and joining a band, can’t see myself ever actually doing it though!

 

Fave thing to do on weekends on the Coast:

Hit one of the many amazing beaches or go exploring one of the many super nice walks that are around.

Living so close to the beach, without the uppity vibe of Sydney beach suburbs.
